Have you heard about our wedding sign rental? Because who needs wedding signs after your big day - when you can just rent them!

In order to secure your date, you MUST submit the $200 deposit.
Once the items are returned in same condition $50 will be returned to the card used on file.
Rental items include:
- Large Frame (36X24) – Welcome to our Wedding
- Single Plank Two Sided (6x32) – Just Married/Thank You
- Gallery Sign (12x16) – Thank you for sharing our day
- Medium Frame (12x24) – Pick a seat not a side
- Pallet Sign (16x24) – Memorial Chair
- Center Piece Box (includes 8 glass jars) – Mr & Mrs
- Small board (7X13) – Guest Book
- Over Size Plank (12x36) – Song of Solomon
- Plaque (8x10) – Gift Card
- Large Frame (36x24) Photographer Photographing
- Free to Keep – Single Plank with First and Last name and wedding date
Weekend orders may be picked up on Thursday or Friday and are due back by Tuesday. We are closed on Sunday.
Weekday orders may be picked up the day before an event and are due back the day following.
Please call with special circumstances or if you need special help. Additional days incur an additional day's rental fee without prior approval.
Rental services require an electronic signed Customer Agreement and $200 deposit. With $50 being returned after items have been checked in.
If items are returned late, the customer will be charged for an additional day. If items are not returned within three days and customer is not able to be reached, replacement fees will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file. Communication is important.
Renter assumes full responsibility of item upon possession, and agrees to pay full replacement cost for lost or damaged items.
Rental Prices are subject to change without notice. Price quotes are valid for 14 days. Orders with special pricing must be booked by the date specified. All rental prices are non-negotiable.
Weather Related Issues
Hammer & Stain Princeton does not issue refunds for any reason, including inclement weather. Please discuss “Plan B” with your coordinator. It is our desire that your event go as smoothly as possible. However, if you choose to chance the weather, the client assumes full responsibility for wind and weather damages.
Credit Card Terms
A valid credit card must be kept on file. The credit card will be used for damages, missing items, late fees, replacement fees.

Please be aware that once the contract is signed, and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals for your event date, and thus all payments are non-refundable.
When you sign your order at pick up you are signing that you have received all of your items in good condition. You are also agreeing that the items are the correct items.
