Each project—and the supplies needed to complete it—are purchased or prepared ahead of time. This includes specialty materials and handmade components unique to your chosen workshop. Because of this upfront investment, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. However, if something comes up, message us to arrange a makeup date so you can still create your piece!
